It’s perfect for small hands, quick treats, and even a little creative play in the kitchen. This batch makes just enough to roll into four mini dough balls, which also happen to be the perfect size for making two adorable cookie-dough snowmen (assembly coming soon on YouTube and Instagram!).

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
  • No raw eggs or raw flour
  • Naturally sweetened

  • Small batch (no leftovers calling your name at midnight 😉)

  • Ready in under 5 minutes

  • Great base for decorating, rolling, or shaping

Ingredients
  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ¼ cup nut butter (peanut butter works great)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

Important tip:
Make sure your maple syrup is at room temperature. If it’s too cold, it can cause the melted coconut oil to solidify and form little white pebbles in the dough. Still totally edible — just not as smooth.

  1. Scoop and roll the dough into four balls, about 1½ inches each.

That’s it! No chilling, no baking, no mixer required.

How to Use These Cookie Dough Bites
  • Enjoy as-is for a quick treat

  • Pack one into a lunchbox

  • Roll into fun shapes

  • Stack two balls to make tiny cookie dough snowmen for a festive snack or activity
